"I signed up used to get the RPA emails but not anymore. What happened? "

This is an ongoing issue for us. Here are a few things to keep in mind....

- sign up with an email address you check often and be sure to open our emails.

- if your mailbox is full and we send you an email it will bounce.  If our system sends you 3 emails in a row that bounce it automatically stops your account so that RPA preserves it's non spam status.

- if you change your email address to the latest thing on the net such as a gmail account or a facebook account etc. be sure to change your email address with us for all of your subscriptions.

- You may change the email address for all of our subscriptions at once by clicking the unsubscribe/update link in the bottom of your email from us. Just follow the steps.

2. GROUP EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS... Members receive communications from the board and/or administration by group emails.  These are sent to you with your permission from an email server (a company that can send to a large group).   Effective April 18th, 2009 our email service is a double opt-in method for most interest lists.  Double Opt-in means that you sign up to be on a list, then you  receive an email asking you to confirm your request and you do so by clicking a confirmation link in the email.  You are then automatically on the list.

You may unsubscribe or change your email address and other subscriber information at anytime by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any of our emails. From there you will be prompted to make desired changes.
