Practitioner Membership Reinstatement Policy
Approved by the RPA Board October 13, 2010
In July 2010
the RPA Board approved discontinuing the mandatory use of RR
Seminars to fulfill CEU requirements.
Lapsed
membership continues to be defined as membership that has not been
paid by the renewal date. Until they are reinstated, Certified
Practitioners do not have their privileges of membership which
includes, but is not limited to the following:

They are no longer
listed as Certified Practitioners on the RPA website.
·
They can no longer use
the RRI and the RPA logos and advertise themselves as active
Certified Practitioners.
·
They can no longer
participate in RPA surveys and voting.
If the Lapsed
Certified Practitioner pays their dues within a year, they resume
all privileges of membership with no reinstatement fee.
The Revised
Membership Reinstatement Policy
·
Lapsed for not more
than two years: pay a $75 reinstatement fee and $150 in dues in
order to rejoin and take 16 CEUs on the RPA approved CEU list within
a year to retain membership.
·
Lapsed between two and
four years: pay a $125 reinstatement fee and $150 in dues, and take
16 hours in Practitioner Skills Development before
they can rejoin.
·
Lapsed for five or
more years: pay a $125 reinstatement fee and $150 in dues, and be
recommended for certification reinstatement by an RPA approved
Designated Observer. The Certified Practitioner’s books must be no
older than the 2002 copyright edition.
